Continuous efforts are being made for improvement of materials technology and equipments to give best quality products at the most affordable prices. The quality assurance dept. overseas all important quality functions and performs the following activities.

1. The system controls the quality of all incoming materials as per the raw material test certificate of the material. Randomly checking in each size for chemical and physical properties at Government approved laboratory.
2. Suitable fixtures and templates are used to maintain dimensional accuracy necessary gauges and callipers are calibrated periodically to maintain their accuracy.
